Shine a little light on me!

I know you can all relate to the addictive nature of Target.  The neatly organized merchandise just begging to be bought...Well, I couldn't resist this nice little lamp, well actually two nice little lamps.  Yes, they're a little--well, plain would be a nice way to say it, but the cool thing about "plain" is, it can always be jazzed up!


So....I thought maybe a little ribbon and hot glue might do the trick.

Now, the only trick will be finding a place to plug these in in the classroom.  My building is 100ish years old, and electrical outlets are too few and far between in our classrooms!
